Elyne graduated from University of London (External) and obtained the\nCertificate of Legal Practice from the Legal Qualifying Board of Malaysia in 2008.\nShe was admitted to the Malaysian Bar on 22 January 2010 in the High Court of\nMalaya in Kuala Lumpur after completing her pupilage in Messrs. Cheang &\nAriff.\n

Prior to her law degree, Elyne obtained a Bachelor of Economics (major in\nEconometrics) from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia in 2003 and has worked in\nthe Human Resource Department in a local civil engineering firm. She has also\njoined one of the top legal firms in Singapore in 2007 as a legal secretary where\nshe assisted an Assistant Director and a Legal Associate in the corporate\ndepartment.

\nUpon admission to the Malaysian Bar in 2010, Elyne joined Messrs. Cheah Teh &\nSu, as a legal assistant in the litigation department and handled various general\nand civil litigation matters. In 2012, she returned to Messrs. Cheang & Ariff to\npractice law and was involved in a myriad of conveyancing and corporate\nmatters.\nThe years of legal practice has enabled Elyne to gain vast exposure and\nexperience in some main areas of law, i.e. litigation, conveyancing and corporate;\nareas which essentially drives the economy<\/h6>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Ms Koong graduated from University of West England, United Kingdom in 2006\nand obtained the Certificate of Legal Practice from the Legal Qualifying Board of\nMalaysia in 2008.

After completing her pupilage in Messrs. Cheang & Ariff, Ms\nKoong was admitted to the Malaysian Bar on 29 August 2009 and was retained\nby the same firm as Legal Assistant in the litigation department.\nShe joined Messrs. Michael Chow in 2010 as a Legal Assistant to the partner and\nwas exposed to a wide range of general, banking and civil litigation.
